My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern, overlooking the pool with amazing amenities. The service was top-notch with incredibly accommodating and friendly staff. Although the location was a bit far from the main center, the quiet and nice surroundings made up for it. The dining experience was satisfactory with tasty vegetarian and vegan dishes. Overall, a great value for money with some minor room for improvement in location and dining options.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic, equipped with a washing machine which was a real bonus for washing beach towels and more. The room was exactly as pictured, and the small plunge pool in the outdoor area was a delightful surprise. However, the thin walls made it easy to hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The service was excellent with a lovely security lady and the welcoming Manager making my stay pleasant. The location was great for relaxing after activities like diving in cenotes, but it was a bit far from the center and the beach, requiring a moped to get around easily. The dining options were limited to breakfast only. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.
